The room had minor imperfections however the hotel staff and food was amazing. We arrived early and our room was ready which was great after traveling very early in the morning. I would definitely recommend this resort.

The stay at the Royal Sands is always top notch, the staff works very hard to make your stay perfecto and the food is always very great, the only thing wrong with this hotel, is the ugly seaweed that storms the beach front every day, so we just stay at the pool bar all day, would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Everything was excellent, the food, the service, the rooms, the staff and the pools . I suggest more activities in the pools and at nights. I will recommend anyone to spend time at this resort.

6/10 Good

The hotel is very clean with helpful staff; my only complaint is the food. The variety is very limited, and the quality is comparable to what you will find at a cheap amusement park. We ended up going out in town to get better-quality food. Such a shame that, being in Mexico, the resort doesn't actually take advantage of the opportunity to showcase fresh Mexican cuisine.

The property was super clean throughout and there seems to be someone always cleaning. The buffet had large variety and offered something different daily. Pool and beach were clean and offered plenty of seating and umbrellas.

The staff is wonderful and always accommodating. This is our tenth year going to the same resort. We love and recommend to families with kids all ages. They also have a completely different section for those wanting a quieter experience. Like ve and can’t wait to go back again next year!

The resort is not very big which I LOVED! I traveled with my 4 teenagers. They had a fantastic time. Beach was wonderful. All the staff was on top of their game..

Truly enjoyed our stay at this resort! Staff is super friendly, rooms and overall place is very clean, pools are big, and food has surprisingly great (which hasn’t been the case at other all-inclusive resorts). The beach was decent and you could stull go into yhe ocean considering the algae problem the Riviera has. Our only suggestion would be more music and activities by the pool, but other than that we loved it!
