Gran Hotel Panamericana Merida

Gran Hotel Panamericana Merida

10/10 Excellent
"We will give 10 starts if we could, the hotel it's beautiful, clean and close to everything, the service was excellent! The reception staff Emir Ziya and Aldair Evan are the example of great customer service, they are so respectful, kind and friendly, they take their time to talk to the guest and get to know them, they gave us suggestions of places to visit and things to do, we are so grateful for their service! The breakfast was delicious every single day, the breakfast staff was so attentive and friendly The only downside was that the pool wasn't open because it's under renovation but even without it, we wouldn't change the hotel Thank you so much for the great experience, we will definitely come back next time we visit Merida!"
