We had a great experience overall. We had the freedom to chose from buying food from the restaurants, go across the street to the mall or cook something at the studio. Great staff. I will book again.

We thought we were booking a Villa, but it was a Self Catering Apartment. Was it worth it? Yes! Were we disappointed in any way? No! It was exceptional… the staff, the service, the amenities in the room & around the hotel. The pool was a daily favourite! And the location was perfect for supermarkets and malls! Can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful Property and Beach and huge gorgeous pool in the center. The rooms are well accommodating. We had a two bedroom lock off plenty of room a gorgeous view of the ocean and the lagoon and the malls. I enjoy the Western Marriott properties as a high level of excellence and service. Great for families.

The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff was exceptionally courteous and professional throughout my visit. They provided wheelchair assistance for one of my family members, which made a big difference. All of our additional requests were accommodated promptly, including a rollaway bed. The bell service was efficient, and the transportation service was always on time. Overall, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I encountered a slight hook up during my initial check in and this place went above and beyond to take care of everything. Besides that they ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful with all things. Now to the property!! This had everything we needed as a family, rooms were spacious, the pools were amazing, bar service was extraordinary every day at the pool and the restaurants on site were great. This is truly a place where you can do it all and never have to leave if you don’t want to.
