8/10 Very good

Our stay was very good. The staff were very nice and helpful. The property was a bit dated but well maintained and clean. The food was standard resort food with the exception of the Italian and asian restaurants were well done and above average. We expected a bit more from the Mexican restaurant seeing as we were in Mexico. It would also be nice to have snacks available poolside. Overall a very nice 5 days at Catalonia at Tulum!

10/10 Exceptional

Everything was perfect! The staff everywhere on the property were so helpful and accommodating. They all spoke enough English to help us because we don't really speak Spanish. The room and path through the jungle were awesome! Cute little critters that were not intimidated by us at all. Beautiful place. The restaurants were all delicious. Our first all inclusive and it is worth it! Would Definitely go back.

I loved all the restaurants I ate at four of them. Had a massage, booked excursions in the lobby area, was able to exchange my US currency to pesos in the lobby. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, swim up pool bar and loved the natural setting. The staff was helpful and friendly

8/10 Very good

Would of been perfect if a dinner buffet was offered instead of only ala cart. Property was in great condition and staff were fantastic. The beach crews worked hard every day clearing the minimal sargassum on the beach.

10/10 Exceptional

The property is beautiful and the food and spa were amazing. We upgraded and got access to a special restaurant, the sauna, steam room and hot tub in the spa every day. It was beautiful! Juan and Jose the bellmen were very helpful and Alan at check in was great! Angeles at the buffet was so sweet and the entire staff made sure I had a great birthday!

The food wasn’t great and they need a fan on the club dance floor. I appreciate them replacing the smoke alarm battery in Adelita’s after I pointed the constant beep out. I appreciated them removing the seaweed. I loved seeing the wild animals running around while walking through the property as well as beating the birds.
