If you are wanting to get in the beach water this is not the place. The water was very dirty. The room itself was beautiful and the view was beautiful. Checkout was a headache they probably should offer the champagne for checking out process. The restaurants were nice but I had better food exploring other restaurants outside the hotel.

The staff and amenities were out of this world.

6/10 Good

All the water had a foul smell - showers, taps, etc. Food was middling at best. Washer and dryer in our unit did not work, when reported it to the hotel they did nothing to try and address it or provide options. Beds were comfortable and the two bedroom suite was spacious with nice decks. Checkin in was easy but a bit of marketing pressure to get you to buy additional services/tours/spa.

WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The food was fantastic—everything was fresh, well-prepared, and exceeded expectations. The staff were equally impressive: very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their service really made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
