The positives: - Food was good at the French, Japanese and Steakhouse - we enjoyed the gym - pool options were good The negatives: - Room was ok, but shower was luke-warm throughout the stay (maintenance never resolved it) - time-share pitch at check in - water was not replenished in the room (we left a tip…!) - Property was noisy 2 of 3 nights with events (loud music until after 10pm) - Spa service was ok, but seriously overpriced - the staff was very rude to our friends who were also guests
