The owners of this condo have done a wonderful job of creating a comfortable environment... From awesome beds, fully stocked kitchen utensils, extra blankets, cute decorating and updated features. But we had tons of issues on the instructions. I did get good contact from the rental agent before we arrived and I was thinking this was going to be wonderful. But first thing was we couldn't get into the condo. After twenty minutes... we called. Yes we had the code. Yes we read the thing about how the door might stick. And while on the phone, somehow I triggered something that let us in. We explored... lots of wonderful features. But NO INSTRUCTIONS! There was a Nest type thermostat and we couldn't figure out how to turn off the A/C and the fan. Figured it out two days later after an internet search. Oh yes. they gave us a WIFI password but not the name of the server and when we went to look there were 14 ones to choose from. And a Keurig with coffee pods... but again , no instructions and took me over an hour to get it to work. Now maybe I'm an idiot... or just not a millennial? But the worst was day two... we came home and couldn't get in again. The agent actually became snarky saying Well you got in yesterday. Yes but I didn't know how.... She agreed to call maintenance. They never called back... but we found a neighbor who told us the secret! Our instructions never told us to push the arrow key after entering the code. BINGO! I have more but have run out of words.
