Solid experiences on multiple occasions/stays.
We've stayed here a few times now and have mostly been very pleased with our stays. Always a good rate for location compared to other locations. Kids love the pool area with plenty of space and seating. Hotel always has had clean towels with no stains and always appreciate that.

Spring Trip
The lady at check in was very friendly. The lobby, pool area, restaurant, elevator, room and bathroom were all clean. Our only problem with cleanliness was the water dripping from the ceiling near the window. I'm not sure if it was condensation or from the rain. We didn't notice the water until we were leaving so we let the front desk know at check out. The lady at check out made a note of the issue, hopefully it gets corrected since the ceiling had been patched before.

Amazing price and very cool pool for the kids
This is a great value stay for families looking for a really cool pool. The rooms are pretty dated but to be expected with the age of the hotel and the price. The lobby is beautiful and the pool lounge chairs are so comfortable I almost feel asleep. On that note, there isn’t much pool seating on busy seasons so be prepared to potentially not have a seat until someone gets up. The kids LOVED the pool. The breakfast was just ok but sometimes convenience is worth it to have it on site. The location is amazing as you are a short walk to the main drag and you are also right down the street from the historic motor trail which is a must do in Gatlinburg. We will for sure be back for the great price and amazing pool.
