A Great Stay for a Terrific Price!
We had a wonderul room with a jetted tub and fireplace, We really enjoyed it! It is not the fanciest room in the city, but it was CLEAN, and Smelled Fresh, and even the fridge and microwave were clean and no oders! There was a door to a shared balcony, and a snack machine right by the elevator, ice machine one floor down by the elevator! Indoor Pool! Real food for breakfast! Sausage, Eggs Waffles and all the usual items! Good Coffee too! Even Hot Tea available!Juice, both Orange and Apple!

One night in Gatlinburg
Great check-in experience, clean and quiet room, more than adequate breakfast selections, and good location for walking into Gatlinburg.

They were in the process of renovating so I totally understand. The beds are a little to soft for my taste. Overall, I had a good time.

Like the place and have stayed there before, the only thing I wish was different would be for the pool area to open before 10am. It helps those of us that drive from a distance away to tire our kids out in the pool, then checkout and get on the road. No one wants to wait until 10, then checkout at 11 then have to drive hours home. Maybe if it opened at 8am would be better.

Great service
This hotel has wonderful service! From check in to check out, every staff member was very nice and courteous. The pool area, in the words of my seven year old, was awesome. There are only two tubes for the lazy river but that was never a problem while we were there. Breakfast was great, bigger variety than we expected. The pillows I wasn't crazy about and I wish the water pressure in the shower had been stronger, but otherwise we very much enjoyed our trip and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
