We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the in-room jacuzzi. Yes the lodge is outdated, but the price reflects that. The lodge was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the food in the little poolside restaurant was good. Definitely would stay again.

Clean and comfortable with great amenities
The room was clean and comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was great! Indoor pool was nice too. The decor is dated but we liked the retro vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful with trolley directions and it was close enough to walk to some cool places too. We would stay here again.

Always love it
If I stay in a hotel in Gatlinburg, I always stay here. It’s close to the strip. Nice rooms, easy to find, pool and hot tub included. Nice for a couple of days just to get away.

There is no hot water so I couldn’t shower the Wi-Fi sucks keeps kicking out of it very loud place could here everything couldn’t sleep well lots of ticking noises. Definitely look hard to stay at a different place…..
