Stay away from this Hotel
No mention on Hotels.com website that there was $100 pet fee. I would not have picked that hotel if it was properly disclosed. Also, they advertised that they had free Internet the Internet was nonexistent. Screaming kids till 2 o’clock in the morning in the room next-door, which had an adjoining door next to it. The hotel read my survey. Ask me what they could do to make it right and I told them since no one disclosed to me that there was a $100 pet fee that I would be happy if they returned that $100 pet fee. And of course they said no.

Great Getaway.
We had a great trip. The River Terrace Resort is located near the center of Gatlinburg and most everything is within walking distance. The parking was included.The room was a little aged but very clean and comfortable. The staff was great. I hadn't realized when I reserved the room that it was multi-level with the bed and a full bath above the lower level that had a fold-out sofa and a small kitchenet.
