Reagan inn is great. All new rooms, convenient on the parkway, affordable and clean. Only complaint would be you have to watch the hot water it’s way to HOT!! Needs to be turned down a bit.

Amazing Hotel With The BEST Location
My fiancé and I booked this hotel for a trip with their grandparents who only planned to go here since it was the best price and right on the main Gatlinburg strip. When we got there the main office was nice although my fiancé did complain of a slight smell but the staff was so friendly and we were able to check in super quickly and with no issues whatsoever. Once we were upstairs to our room on the top floor we were surprised by how big the room was for as cheap as the price tag was. Water pressure here was great as well, but be careful when turning up the hot water because it is hot enough to burn you. Overall, this hotel made the experience incredible and if I ever visit Gatlinburg again I will be staying here.

A comfortable quiet stay!
This is our 3rd time staying here and already have another stay booked. The rooms are nice, beds & pillows are comfortable, and plenty of room. My ONLY complaint is that upon check in, I saw that the price for my CHECK IN night had drastically gone down by over $100. When I inquired about a refund of the difference, they said that there was nothing they could do. When I asked for a credit towards my future stay, they again said that there was nothing that could be done. Pretty disappointing to say the least.
