Our stay at one time 25
All good except for the really grumpy old man at the front. Not the front desk...he did not even give an indication that he worked there. He did not speak any English, and would not let us leave our bags in the lobby (we were two hours early, arriving from Canada). My wife burst into tears, and finally he relented and went to fetch Antonio who did speak quite a bit of English, and allowed our bags inside until the room was ready. Antonio was always helpful for the five days we stayed there.

Estancia correcta
Para una estancia corta está bien, la ubicación sobre todo es estupenda. Sin embargo, cuando llegas te piden 50 euros más en concepto de fianza y te prometen que si no hay desperfectos te la devuelven 15 días después de la estancia, fuimos en mayo y aún no nos lo han ingresado, le hemos mandado varios correos y dicen que si pero luego no es cierto. No es una cuestión de dinero, molesta el engaño.

Bien ubicado pero con inconvenientes
El hotel está bastante bien ubicado. Hay muchas paradas de camión alrededor. El cuarto estaba limpio y bonito. La conexión de wifi funciona muy bien. No obstante, hubo varios inconvenientes. Nos cobraron 20€ extra por llegar después de las 21:00. Esta condición está en las letras chicas, pero vale la pena tomarlo en cuenta si quieres reservarlo. Nos tocó el baño fuera de la habitación, a pesar de sí ser privado. Nunca nos informaron con antelación que sería el caso. Adicionalmente, el cerrojo del baño es de la época de Tiberio. Finalmente, las llaves de todos los cuartos tienen la misma combinación. Mientras estábamos en el cuarto, otro huésped se equivocó de habitación y ¡pudo abrir la puerta!

Excelente servicio y ubicación
Excelente servicio dado. Excelente ubicación, muy cercano de la central Termini. Rutas de bus cercanos y varias rutas a su vez. La zona nos dio sensación de segura. El hotel tiene apariencia de condominios, pero no fue restricción para contar con todos los servicios.
