The hotel is less than a black from a very busy fire station, we heard sirens all hours of the night every night. Also service from the front desk and hotel bar were not good, the property itself looked nice but the lack of good sleep and mediocre service made this our least favorite of the three hotels we stayed at in Italy.

Nice hotel, nicely located. Minus the clogged shower and sink, and the 20% discount that they said I could have at the restaurant but at check out said It had to be applied at the onsite restaurant. Aside from this it was a decent stay.

Great hotel, location is key
The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. I wish there was one more light in our room, but it was acceptable. There was a brief power outage our first night, which had me concern, but it didn't happen again during our stay. Elevators were great. AC was great on the 4th floor, but there were issues on other floors. We were also there during record heat wave. The staff had to move guests to other hotels, and they tried to move our friends, but they found a solution so we would not be separated. Thank you! I would stay again! Short walking distance to Trevi, Spanish Steps and Patheon, one direction. And short walking to the Colosseum the other direction. We took at $8 taxi (for 6 people) to the Vatican)/ $13 on the way back. The breakfast was basic continental and met our needs and saved us from spending further $. There are stores on the corner and a PAM market 2 blocks away for purchasing Waters/ soda etc. The two closest mini markets to the hotel are HIGH$$$ avoid those two and find the PAMstore. The staff at the hotel offered great dinner advice as well! No ice machine (us American's tend to like ice). You have to ask at the 5th floor for a small amount of ice from the bar.

This hotel was centrally located and was a 10 min walk to the Colosseum. Restaurants and shopping were nearby and the train was within walking distance (10-12 min) but we utilized a taxi because of our numerous luggages. They offered us the minibar in our room for free on our first evening, and we were greeted with a complimentary large bottle of red wine. It was nice to have a few snacks from the minbar especially since we had just arrived from the airport and had been traveling all day. We received a free full breakfast upstairs that was outstanding. Our room was clean and tidy. The staff at the desk and restaurant were very friendly and kind. The air conditioning in the room was adjustable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
