Great stopping place in central Rome
We chose "smaller" room as we generally were out all day and only needs good bed and good shower. The room was quite compact but adequate. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, with breads from the wonderful artisanal bakery across the street. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Our only problem is the room was quite warm and got stuffy, and when we tried to turn on the AC, it didn't work because "it is too early in the season". The room had only a small window on an airshaft without a screen, so we didn't want to leave it open all night.

Average room but great amenities
We stayed for 3 nights in March 2018. Overall, we really liked the hotel, especially the rooftop terrace and the expansive breakfast buffet! We also really enjoyed the area, which was within walking distance to a number of historic sites and there was a public square nearby that had EXCELLENT restaurants & bars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, but lacked decoration and the bathroom shower had a curtain that kept. Losing in against your legs...something which made showering unpleasant. Also, be careful walking around the streets in this neighborhood, as cars can suddenly appear where you may not be expecting them!

Great location, friendly staff
Walter at the front desk was our favorite! He was so helpful with any questions our group of 8 had. His recommendations were awesome. The guys at the bar were very friendly and fun as well. The location is near perfect. Just a short 15 min walk to coloseum and 15 min walk to the Vatican. The hotel has recently been upgraded and remodeled. The breakfast is lovely and had a large variety of different foods.

The hotel was nestled off of the busy streets but was within walking distance of all of the favorite attractions, the most delicious restaurants, and adorable shops. The service was excellent, as the staff was able to answer our questions (even some we didn't know we had) and point us in the right direction for whatever we wanted to do. The staff helped us with all of our requests, beyond our expectations. Although the shower in our room was a little small, the amenities and room were perfectly clean and in working order. I'm kind of a big guy so most showers can seem a little small to me. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and will be looking to stay again if we come back to Rome.
