Super friendly staff smiling and so kind especially Valentina!! And all the concierge where very well educated and professional! Only thing is the junior suite was a bit small and mini bar could have had more options, it was quite limited. However they had a huge rooftop renovation starting at 9am and after it started at 7am!! ! No warning at all which woke us up sadly however they stopped the renovation after we complained 💯. We asked for a good restaurant (antica trattoria Angelino) from the staff. however the restaurant gave me a stomach bug it wasent the staffs fault as they went there before and this hasent happened before so the food gave us a very bad stomach bug. Taxis where very easy to get! And door men/ bell men at the entrance where very kind and service minded! And when we arrived at the airport waiting for the pre ordered hotel car to pick us up we waited an 1 and half hours and they didn’t arrive so we left with a taxi very tiredly. kindly the hotel gave us a free ride when we ended the stay back to the airport! My daughter loved the pancakes!💓 and the breakfast was AMAZING! So kind staff there! And very helpful!💯 the stay was overall fantastic.

It rained on our last night in this property and water leaked from the roof right onto our bed in the middle of the night. Everything was wet, the mattress and floors were soaked. We reported the problem and were told we would get a credit for the inconvenience. No credit was given. We paid over $600 per night for our stay and would have expected better service from this hotel.
