I think for the room amenities complimentary drinking water should be added. Staff is good, tentative, courteous and knowledgable . Location is great for all the sightseeing. There are three hotel here standing side by side Alexendra, Imperiale and majestic. One small complaint towels smelled a little like they were not dryed before washing.

theyplayed room switchies and won't refund.
We reserved a triple room because we wanted a little more room and two beds not one double. The clerk confirmed at check in that we were given the room we paid 50% more for. At check out I asked again since our room was very small and were told they made a mistake and gave us a standard room. We have tried in vain for a month to get a refund for the extra charge. They do not respond to e mails. Stay somewhere elder.

Miserable/NO AC -No help from management.WHY?
Left Hotel!!! This is the first time I am giving a bad review. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work and Mary at the front office was rude and offered no solution .After three hours of sitting around in the hot hotel room and having lunch at their air conditioned resturant we decided to leave for another hotel. Mary said that Emiliano the manager was tied up in a meeting for all that time. No decision was made to help us. Some one from the concierge came to bring the bags down.I got hotels.com on the line but they got the same rude response from Mary. The other lady Katya at the front office did understand but had no authority to help.We were starting to feel uneasy and sick in that room with no ventilation.Having a physician in the family we made the wise decision to leave. There has been no call from Emiliano the manager or Mary. The room was $400 plus but we made the right decision to leave. We trust Hotels.com to get a refund. We booked another hotel on the spot but had to pay a premium price of $500 plus.

Midlevel hotel
Hotel was nice, but a bit dated. Rooms were smaller and bathroom was small as well. Standard for Europe, but other hotels in the area have larger accommodations. Fine for the money, just don't expect anything ritzy or modern.
