Hotel Mozart, Rome
Great Location & Reasonable Price
Hotel Mozart is a great location for vacationers to Rome, located about midway between Piazza del Popolo & the Spanish Steps. It is walkable to many of the sites to visit in Rome + plenty of services & restaurants & shopping located nearby. The staff was very friendly & helpful, & the rooms & common areas were very clean & well kept.. The included breakfast was only OK. There is a rooftop terrace, bar & restaurant, which we did not take advantage of since our room had its own terrace. There are a limited number of rooms with a terrace so the rooftop terrace is a good feature, but the downside is that you could not bring your own food & drink but had to purchase them from the hotel. The restaurant seemed a bit pricey compared to other restaurants in the area but the hotel did offer a 20% discount to hotel guests. We did not try the restaurant since it primarily featured seafood, which 1 of our party does not eat. But there are many good dining options within a few block radius. Overall very satisfied & would recommend to Rome travelers.

Great hotel in a fabulous location
I stayed here for 5 nights, and my daughter and her husband joined me for the last 3. The location is perfect - walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go. The superior rooms are very spacious. My room on the second floor was a bit noisy in the morning as it was the same floor as the breakfast room, but other than that it was a great room. The first standard room my daughter was in had shower issues, but upon reporting this they were moved to a better room the following day. The rooftop bar is a bonus!

Accommodating staff
The Hotel staff was very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. As a family of four we were in another building which is a block a way from the hotel. There was nothing special about the apartment as it felt more like a vacation rental then an hotel room. With early morning tours of the Vatican and the Colosseum, we missed out on the breakfast but were able to get a boxed breakfasts to go. Again, always there to assist.
