"I never do reviews but this stay exceeded my expectations, Gianluca was super attentive and kind to us when we arrived he contacted me 2 days before to ask me if i need transportation and he said was going to guide me through everything if i needed help. He also checked up on us a couple times if we needed anything. The room was super clean and we loved we had wifi and a smart tv, there was also housekeeping daily which made it super nice, the good touch was the closet which made it easy to put our clothes in so we didn’t have to open our luggage everyday the bathroom was a good size also nice pressure on the water, the kitchen was a nice bonus also with microwaves and the last good part that was awesome was the mini fridge so we could buy stuff and keep it in there loved the view also from the window! Would highly recommend El Dorado!!"

"The staff was wonderful. Very attentive and helpful. Room was clean, but very small. Minimal storage space; however, that did not impact our pleasure. The rooftop bar offered a fantastic view of St. Peter's. Breakfast was exceptional."
