The diamond club is a great addition to an already great hotel. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. The pools along with the swim ups were great, their are no shortages of bars on property or just cruising around offering drinks.

They need to maintain and thoroughly clean the guest room bathrooms; otherwise, everything was great—good service and excellent food.

6/10 Good

The outdoor areas were nice. Room was spacious but the only thing I didn't like was the condition of the room. It wasn't that clean. The bathroom door wasn't functional, the pools were amazing, and love entertainment was amazing. The buffet food was delicious, the hibachi restaurant was amazing, and everyone was friendly.

Everything in the control of the hotel was amazing! The restaurants were amazing! Our only disappointment was the beach, but apparently its seaweed season. Which I had no clue! Loved the resort so much, I’ll be back when it isn’t seaweed season. ☺️👍

Clean resort.. friendly staff… seen better nighty entertainment - they need a stage- very hard to see, too crowded with people standing up so could not enjoy anything, food was good.. entertainment in the pool area was good

2/10 Poor

Customer was misinformed, no proper sign and treated customer very badly from arrival to departure everything was a chaos. The only good thing about this resort is the representative staff from Expedia Yael and and manager from buffet side Daniel they were the once who helped us a lot . I would not call this resort a 5 star .

Property was beautiful and staff was excellent. The room was gorgeous. Only downfall: a strong scent as you enter the main buffet. Quite overwhelming at first.

We had an excellent vacation on this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, always say Hello and giving us a beautiful smile. The food, omg, fantastic. Sincerely we recommend this hotel if you want to have a great vacation with your family. The only issue is that if you want to make a reservation in some restaurants that need to reserve is not possible. But there is food everywhere. But I think that this issues with the reservation is because we planned our vacation only 48 hours in advance and we are in a high season. This is our second Royalton hotel and as the first one in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic it was FANASTIC.

The rooms are clean and the staff are great. We had a swim out pool and it was well maintained. The property is in a desolate area and has a private beach.

Breakfast at the restaurant was good, not the buffet though. Overall clean and friendly staff!

6/10 Good

Rooms were very clean and room service was very nice. Property smells. Tex Mex steak was nuked. Buffet food was very mid. Water glasses were cleaned but had finger prints on them. Shows were good. Beach sand was soft. Seaweed was blocking the water about a foot and half high all the way down the beach.
