All the restaurants were fantastic, except for the steak restaurant which was a let down. I may just have very high standards though. Highly recommend the Zen restaurant - and Gerardo for the Teppanyaki. Only other slight negative was that air con in the main hotel areas was not as cold as I would have liked so I found meals quite uncomfortable. Absolutely great in our room though so think it was a sustainability thing. Kids club and inflatable on pool was amazing, drinks lovely. Was worth going diamond club for having separate seating areas, including at the buffet, and our butler Nestor was so helpful and really made our stay.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel itself was great, and the staff truly made the experience even better—everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The entertainment team was fantastic and kept the energy up the entire time. The unlimited towel service was hands down a highlight—absolutely top-notch. The bathrooms throughout the resort were very well maintained and consistently clean, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the limited food options available by the outside pool. Aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back

The smell of sewage is horrible. The food is not very good. There are constant long lines for buffet, food trucks, coffee shop etc. They need more staff. The staff work so hard and are very friendly.
