Overall really good experience. The staff is awesome. The rooms were very nice and large. The pool and the beach were awesome and it's great that you don't have to fight for chairs or anything like that. Restaurants are good. Some really fancy some very casual so a good mix. I do wish they had a little bit more variety in the menu though at some of the casual places. The lobby is beautiful and a great place to relax. Overall great stay would recommend

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Our room was ready early and they were conjoined as requested. Room staff were great with providing extra towels. Room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Pool music was great and swim up bar bartenders were great especially Efron. The lobby entertainment was on point. Overall an amazing experience!! Thank you, we will be back.

Helpful staff. Entertainment almost every night! Great beach & pools! Main building can get very noisy there was proms every night, with partying in the hall ways. Water didn’t get very hot or very cold in shower & sink must be just Puerto Rico. But most everything else was wonderful!!

The ocean was visible from our room, property was beautiful, and staff was extra helpful. Had lunch at the Banyan Tree Grill. Great food and views. However, the service was slow and inconsistent.
