What a spectacular and magical way to end my three week stay in Japan. This is an incredible hotel to luxuriate and enjoy the quiet setting and beautiful garden. Absolutely heavenly dinner and breakfast at Miyuki restaurant. The Tokyo moon/Sea of clouds exhibit and the garden itself is reason for staying. Large capacious rooms and comfortable beds. Only thing I was sad about is that I wasn't sure how to communicate to accept the turndown service and the newspaper. But beautiful property. Not central location for sightseeing but excellent for unwinding and restful enjoyment.

Very nice hotel accommodations during my stay in Tokyo. The staff was awesome, the hotel was extremely clean and there were several restaurant options onsite. One of the things I enjoyed most are the views of the city from my hotel room. I would definitely consider staying there again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Hotel Chinzanso is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are immaculate! They are very spacious and the bathroom is beautiful. The staff is incredible and everyone is ready to serve you. We stayed 4 nights and everyday we would receive clean towels, toiletries etc etc. the concierge answered and helped with any questions we had. We reserved our room with daily breakfast and we were not disappointed. It is not buffet style it’s quality tip restaurant quality. You can choose your breakfast from a menu provided and have a choice of one of three breakfasts. We didn’t venture to the bar area because we were out on town but I can assure you it’s probably incredible too. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful with the gardens, trees, pagoda, trails and restaurants in the middle of the garden! Everything at Hotel Chinzanso was incredible!

I booked this hotel in a hurry, turn out the experience was good. The location is not convenient, so need to be ready to arrange some transport. The room is clean and spacious, with the garden view. There’s a minor problem with my bathtub, and the staff were helpful and brought technician to fix it quickly. I also went to the pool and the gym, both were well maintained, clean, and well equipped. I also had the luxury to enjoy snacks at the lounge. A minor drawback is the breakfast arrangement, since everything is made-to-order, it takes time for the food to arrive, and the restaurant can be full and it’s not surprise to wait up to 15 mins to be seated, which could be frustrating if one is in a hurry for a journey in the morning. For the kids, the amenities were ready, but admission to pool, breakfast and lounge for kids all carry a charge.
