Service was very friendly and everything went smoothly. The hotel was clean and the room was just what I was expecting, so no complaints there. A lovely coincidence was that there was an ice machine and microwave on my floor 😊 Sugamo is a lovely, calm neighborhood with a Yamanote stop, so perfect for commuting - the hotel is also very close to the station. And dozens of restaurants nearby. A very affordable hotel with a great location, so very much recommended!

Smile Hotel Sugamo was the perfect stay for me. It had a comfortable single room, friendly and helpful staff, with convenience stores and a train station nearby. It was easy to travel about Tokyo and even Sugamo had a few nice spots to offer despite its quieter nature. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
