Roppongi is such a nice area & Hotel Villa added to that. Staff were friendly, rooms offered just enough space, I loved the PJ's and slippers offered, and the view was amazing. They also offer a laundry room & 24 hour storage for your luggage after you've checked out but are not just yet ready for the airport. I would definitely stay again.

In the heart of the most expensive real estate in Tokyo, a hotel priced for the common man. Walkability is awesome; on a whim we went to Tokyo Tower. For anyone performing or going to a performance at Suntory Hall; awesome location. Starbucks and awesome coffee shops everywhere. Cool despite the heat of summer.

A fair priced hotel in an expensive City. We stayed here as we were visiting a friend in the neighbourhood - but right outside the front door is a Metro station and you are easy walking to Roppongi district and Tokyo Tower. Room was comfortable, we stayed in a 30 sqm twin room. The hotel is a little older and lacks amenities like eating & bar areas, but if you are just looking for a place to sleep & shower this is one I'd recommend.

I liked my first stay so much I stayed there again on my next trip. The best thing about the hotel is Izumi Garden and the subway station. They cater to the office workers and thus dining and transportation are extremely convenient. Fukushimaya Supermarket was the icing on the cake. They had fresh sushi everyday that was better quality than most restaurants. I would stay there again for a third time.
