Perfect Stay

Fantastic hotel! Love the staff, the pool, the restaurant and the location which is so close to everything but doesn't feel as frantic and crowded as Shinjuko or Shibuya.

Stunning property with friendly staff. Rooftop pool was my favorite part, overlooking Yoyogi park. Breakfast option was a bit limited and there was no gym. However, I'll be back again for the pool and its location.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was two blocks from where my son lives near yoyogipark.I don’t know if I would stay there again. We had a suite which was expensive. It faced the park but the noise level outside from cars, ambulances, motorcycles kept me up all night. The staff was great except one annoying staff at the pool.I let my son and his wife swim after we had spent $140 on a seafood salad and two drinks. Then this staff member started yelling at me .Are they staying here.Well they have to go.The pool was empty because it had been raining. However, he really embarrassed my new daughter in law.The manager came and apologized but we didn’t even get an offer of free drinks. So I don’t think I’d stay there again.

Great location for us. We wanted outside the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo but with easy connections and plenty of local options.

Loved the hotel and all the little details that went into our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, they were able to book us a dinner reservation and offer many suggestions of what to do. The pool was amazing and heated at this time of the year which was a treat, they even bring you blankets if you want to sit outside. Close to the trains and walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Would stay again for sure!

Staff members and service was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant on first floor offers fine Italian cuisine at night we enjoyed it a lot. Heated pool on the top floor has a great view and nice vibe. Next to the yoyogi park is also a plus.
