Excellent stay with a pleasant big apartment. It was nice also to have a big smart tv. Nice staff and some free drinks for the kids. The cleaning has to be upgraded for long stays, only towel change and garbage removal.

I loved this room! It was big enough for all 4 of us, separate room for the boys. The view was amazing!!!!! It was a 12 minute walk to the train, which was an easy walk. Three staff was amazing. Also great snacks and drinks. I wish I stayed here for our 2nd half of Toyko. I felt safe in this neighborhood. Totally 5 star.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. It has a lovely view over the river, and roof access that makes for a great spot for evening drinks and views of the city. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are very spacious especially by Tokyo standards. Little bit of a walk to the station but I love the fact that this hotel is located in a quiet area. The beds are very comfortable and the room makes for a nice relaxing oasis after a day in the busy city. Absolutely recommend staying here and I know I will again.

The staffs are super kind, always welcome us with big smiles on. Powerful AC, one of the units leaks water a couple times but they came to fix it right away. The place is spotless and spacious, our family of four adults stayed completely for three nights, and we were able to store our suitcases there for a few hours after we checked out, so we could explore the city a little more before catching our flight. Would come back when we visit Tokyo next time!

we love the location of this managed apt. building. very quiet and local. this apt had the river view which is spectacular! the apt. is well equipped as well as its kitchen. the staff is a group of young, polite, so nice and kind people. we had a wonderful time and definitely come back next visit to Tokyo.

Sho was the best!

This hotel was honestly amazing! When we first arrived it was questionable, but Sho greeted us in and helped us to understand how things work. This young man made our stay a priority and we are so grateful. Hotel was amazing as well. Coffee was delicious and everything we needed was in it. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely quiet apartment with access to beautiful rooftop view of Sumida river and Tokyo skyline. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to needs for flexibility with check in out. Beds were very comfortable. Washer/dryer was a great benefit also. 10 min or so walk to subway.

WARNING, DO NOT stay @ ULU Tokyo hotel, ever, super dirty, super smelly rooms, both river view & city view rooms, views are both awful & super loud, super moldy room odor & super dusty room odor, a/c filters are NEVER cleaned, somebody's hair & dust bunnies are everywhere... strong cigarette odor & someone's strong mala body odor within the entire space... only 2 men are cleaning 8〜15 rooms per day? between 10am〜3pm, in a super rush, front desk staffs are all inexperienced college aged girls & boys, a single elevator & all rooms have direct access, absolutely no security, between 9 or 11pm〜7am, depending on which kid staff stays late @ front desk entrance, one closet.size, super tiny extra room with one bed or two twin beds have carpeting that has serious unbearable odor too,including even more strong odor throughout the rest of the living area with 2 beds, kitchen & bathroom/washer & dryer area, pots & pans are super old, and teflon coatings are mostly peeled off thus unusable & bad to eat, couldn't cook here with those, what's the whole point of staying here with kitcheif pots & pans are in unusable condition ❓ absolutely NO grocery stores around this hotel, only tiny convenient stores are around, very few places to eat too, too far of a walk from closest train station, Suitengu_mae station, i had to keep all windows open with all 3 a/c running in super hot&hum Do stay @ Mitsui Garden Hotel Nihonbashi Tokyo Premier with Japanese breakfast ❣️This is the BEST place ever..

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was spotless, safe, comfortable, and very spacious. Location was very convenient to either walk to our destination and / or to public transportation. However, what stood out the most is their staff, especially Sho. He is so attentive, cheerful, and helpful. Felt very welcomed every single time we saw him (at least half a dozen times). Also very helpful with how to work this and that in the room, how to book the Shinkansen, and with any other hotel needs. What a good gentleman! Also received several recommendations from him for restaurants and we tried two and they both were excellent! So thankful we stayed at Ulu Tokyo and will stay again when we return.
