Lovely location, terrible communication.
Location is great and the place is spacious and clean. Communication is lacking though. Our heater was broken and the greeter detected it, she said she would give us feedback on it and never contacted us again. We bundled up at night so it wasn't a big deal but the hosts are not helpful at all.
