Super staff... But the room.
The room we stayed in was adequate for our needs but the rug under the bed had seen better days. The luggage support was falling to bits in the room as well and the aircon was not great. The staff where really helpful and gave plenty of advice about the city.

Convenient
Very convenient to the train station, clean, comfortable and we even had a balcony. Front desk staff was very friendly. The only negative for us is that floor one has a public balcony where people smoke and it blows into the hallway.

Excellent breakfast! The lady that took care of the breakfast area was so nice! Very convenient to the main train station of Florence. Rooms are a bit small, even compared to comparatively priced rooms on this Europe trip.
