Great location with traditional feel
The hotel is located in the centre of all the Firenze action. Accessible by all means of transport but be aware of the 'Zona Trafico Limitado' otherwise known as ZTL, if you are driving your own vehicle. I won't get into but if you do a search on the internet for Firenze ZTL, you will find all you need to know. Anyway, the staff are lovely, from reception to servers, they were all extremely welcoming, very warm and accommodating at all times. Breakfast was buffet self serve and had a good variance that caters for all. We were right in the centre of Firenze, so for those who prefer to walk around town during their stay, this is ideally located. For those who would like a mixture of staying in town with going farther afield, there are many transport alternatives close by such as buses, trams and trains. Taxis are also very easy to get hold of here so this is also an option. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for families, couples, friends and for those on business trips too.

Loved our stay! Room was spacious, airy and clean. Hotel is perfectly located. In the evenings there was music in the piazza which we enjoyed, yet close the windows and it was quiet in the room. Breakfast was excellent and in a beautiful room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely book again.

Lovely place to stay in Florence!
The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with lots of delicious choices. Great location too - we walked to the hotel from the train station and from the hotel we walked everywhere!
