Very well located. Just 2 mins from Oshiage Station. When I travel, i want to avoid lugging my luggage around, walking a few streets, looking for my hotel. This is one of the best hotel to stay if you are coming from Narita Airport. Direct train, no transfer required. Plenty of restaurants, lots of shopping places, i'm spoilt for choices. Incredible breakfast at the hotel, I'm really satisfied.

10/10 Exceptional

Very convenient location. 1-minute walk from Tokyo Skytree. 30-second walk to subway station. Many restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are surprisingly big for Tokyo. And had. A nice view of the Tokyo Skytree from the room. Staff were friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English. We checked in at 4am and they were able to make the necessary arrangements so everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.
