Some of the best things to do in Jimbaran can be found along beautiful beaches and nature-carved cliffs. The bay, along with the Bukit peninsula, was once a very quiet area with a small local population. Today, both locations are popular hangouts among surfers and hippies, as well as tourists looking for a secluded break in Bali.

A place you shouldn't miss is Jimbaran Bay, which is only a 15-minute drive from the airport. This former fish market has been transformed into a beachside open-air eatery, with roughly 40 restaurants along the shoreline. If you’re a watersports enthusiast, you’ll find miles of excellent beaches, including New Kuta Beach (formerly known as Dreamland Beach), Padang-Padang, Bingin and Suluban.
