Take in one of the many shows, plays, or musicals at the modern and lively Zach Theater, or go back to Austin’s musical roots with a different type of theater—The Moody Theater—which seats 2,700 people and is the perfect venue for the world’s top singers and bands. Don’t miss a trip to the Texas State Capitol, home to the senate and billed as the seventh largest building in the world when it was constructed in 1888. Take a tour of the building, through this magnificent building’s marbled hallways and gaze up at its impressive dome, which stands at almost 310-feet high. If you’re not afraid of heights, come and spend an adrenaline-fueled day at the iFLY indoor skydiving center. Packages start from $59.95 for a full day’s worth of fun. Keep the good vibes going by partying at the live music venues and bars in the renowned Sixth Street entertainment district.
