You get what you pay for
The customer service was very friendly and kind but that’s about the only good thing. For starters, we walked into our room and our room smelt like wet carpet. I don’t think they turned the AC on until 20 minutes before check in because it was hot in the room and didn’t cool down until we left on Friday. The pillows were lumpy. There was no instructions on how to get to the guide on the Tv. Or any information on how to use Wi-Fi. The elevator did not have a current inspection date. The drawer in the dresser wouldn’t stay shut. And there was a dead spider in the popcorn ceiling and dead roaches in the hallway.
