Parking excellent. Breakfast superb. Only negative, but minor one, was the poor extractor in bathroom made it very steamy and a bit damp in bathroom. Overall stay was excellent with added bonus of use of lounge with Nespresso coffees.

Excellent find just 10 mins out of Birmingham city centre with easy and convenient links to it (plenty of buses or also Uber). The Town House is a somewhat non descript Victorian style house - similar to plenty others on the street- but inside is a real treat. Very clean, super well decorated, all amenities available, very quiet. The pub next door is also super cute and the food is excellent I will stay there again without hesitation.

We love this hotel. It was our fourth stay. We didn't see any staff,as that is how the hotel works, but if there are any problems then help can be found at the pub next door. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is well situated and it's not far to walk into the city centre. Free parking is a bonus. Great food at the pub next door. What more can I say!

I stayed for one night in the single room. The hotel was very helpful before arrival, advising about parking and evening offering extended parking after checkout. There were some nice touches, including extra tea/coffee supplies along with fresh milk at the main entrance. I hear the adjoining pub also does delicious food, but I arrived after dinner. The room was overall quite clean. I did notice a faint smell of damp on arriving and there was heavy condensation at the windows in the morning. It was quiet within the hotel, but it is on a road with through traffic, so there is some traffic noise - this didn't bother me though. The shower was powerful and nice and hot. Great location! Overall a good stay and I would go back.
