Good but expensive for what it was. Location a1
Breakfast was lovely. Hotel was perfectly situated for west end, Westminster etc. communal spaces were clean. Room was very small. Bed was comfortable. Overall condition appeared a little unloved and dated, eg coving paint edging on the wall, old style apple charger connection on the wall (no usb), shower was dodgy with what looked like limescale buildup causing spray problems and flimsy shower curtain.

Staff so friendly and helpful. Cocktails were amazing. Super comfy room and bed. Breakfast so fresh, constantly replenished, plenty of choice and staff so friendly. Overall fabulous hotel would definitely recommend and stay again.

Would stay again, but....
The staff were friendly and made checking in & out easy. The room was small, but very comfortable, clean & warm. Unfortunately, there were road works going on outside which made sleeping difficult also as they were short staffed they were unable to offer any room service for food after hours.
