Beware of directions

This hotel was in a perfect location right in the middle of everything. Lovely rooms and staff. The only massive criticism I have is the directions and getting to the hotel it’s Self. It is very busy around this area being the centre and a lot of one way streets or buses only etc.. we must have drove around for about 40mins and I eventually rang the hotel for them to tell us “yes the sat navs/maps etc don’t recognise the post code, you have to come in the back way and gave me the name of a street to look for.. Now how would anyone suppose to know this if it’s not advertised. I think it needs to be made clear on the hotel site upon booking this.
