Lovely hotel in a fantastic location
From the moment I stepped out of the taxi the Concierge gentlemen couldn't do enough to assist me to the lobby. Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble throughout my stay. The room was very nice and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice views from the top floors
Such a great location and I’ve loved my stay ! The staff are thoughtful, kind and have been so helpful. That alone will keep me returning. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and the area has great small shops, restaurants, parks and underground access. I extended my stay , Thank you Mandeville !!!

Nice hotel in a very convenient, central area !
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was my first time...I used to stay in another hotel in the Marlybone area, but the prices of that one got up because it's now a 5 star and I had to choose a more affordable option, in the same area. The thing I didn't like was that the AC was very noisy. I preferred to turn it off and have a warm room. The blackouts did not the give total darkness to the room, so I woke up when the sun raised...I am used to total darkness in my home. The room service stopped at 11 PM, I think it's a bit early...I arrived after that time my first night at the hotel and I was super hungry and nowhere to get food...fortunetly, I could call some pizza take away that made the deliver to my room, so I could have a late dinner at midnight. The restaurant was very nice. I had only 2 meals there but I enjoyed it . The staff was good also.

Wonderful stay for a friends weekend. Our room was clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. Our first night we could hear the party at the outdoor bar below us, but after that we had no sound issues at all. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is ok, nothing special
The room and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is nice and the location is excellent. The hotel needs to be upgraded. One elevator doesn’t work. Access Card’s to the room don’t work carpets should be replaced. Hotel needs renovation in common areas. The hotel needs an upgrade The hotel needs an upgrade and a fresh look.
