Hotel not for the comfort of its guests
Not staying at this hotel again. The bed was uncomfortable, springy and my back hurt daily. The lobby is crowded with people sitting around with their laptops, not hotel guests. The hotel may be trying for tge tech vibe. Arrived early on an international flight. They don’t care, but did politely and inaccurately, did their beat to see if our room was already available.

Great stay
The hotel offered us a very early check in after our red eye flight at no extra cost. The front desk staff was so kind and accommodating. Our room was clean, quiet, and cozy. The location was wonderful. Great cappuccinos in the lobby cafe. I would recommend The Hoxton to any traveler!
