Very disappointed
I am very disappointed with my stay. There was no a/c as was stated in the description. When in Thailand, I specifically book hostels that state they have a/c because it is so miserably hot! I also paid for a taxi ride the night before to pick me up to take me to the airport that never showed up! There was also nobody at the desk to request another taxi. I then had to walk alone very early in the morning with all of my luggage to the airport. I was never refunded for my (overpriced) taxi that I did not take either. Would not recommend this location.

Absolutely fine for what I needed - A few hours sleep after arriving on a late night flight before heading off to one of the islands off Phuket.

Booked 5 mo ago, didn't know we were coming
Man at the desk had no knowledge we were checking in and didn't really seem to care (we booked this stay months ago). He had a long conversation on the phone while we stood at a non air conditioned front desk, then finally took us to our room. The room looked as if it was unfinished, there was plastic wrap on all the switches like you'd do for decorating. Plastic wrap on the wardrobe. No safe and broken WiFi (connected to router but limited connectivity i.e. No internet) Air conditioner had not been running and room was stifling hot on entry. They did provide a refrigerator with bottles of water as advertised. Glad we were only staying one night. If they knew we were coming it might have been a different story.
