We had huge expectations from our trip but unfortunately we got disappointed with the hotel and their overall service. When we had our booking on the website, it stated the maximum number of sleep 3 person for our room. However during the check-in the staff told us about their “new” rule that we need to pay for the 3rd person 1000tbh per night. Also, they require deposit money until your check-out. Rooms are too small, not all facilities are available. Staff are not helpful. Cleaning service is awful, as if all they do is just make the bed and move towels. I’d rate the experience 1 out of 5. Definitely not coming back there!
