When we got there we had to go hunt someone down to help us check in . One of the days on our trip we left really early 9-10am didn’t come back til 8pm to find our hotel room door WIDE open . No telling how long it was left open by staff as we closed it when we left, called to report it and front desk person apologized and said he would talk to the manager to speak to us and that never happened. I’m assuming it was a mistake by the cleaning staff as the door had some type of hook on top of the door to maintain it open . luckily nothing was taken or lost . Cleaning was good.
