8/10 Very good

Nice hotel to stay in. Good food, amenities and friendly staff. Located right next to Tokyo station. Downside of that, is if you are a light sleeper is the sound of trains early in the morning (even with ear plugs in).

Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Location cannot be more convenient being adjacent to Tokyo Station. The Spa as well as the Fitness center are both excellent too. Can’t wait to return!

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were super attentive and service was great. Pool was amazing and requires a reservation to maintain a nice limit of 8 people at a time. Hotel room was large and fit a family of four with 2 twins placed next to each other. Would highly recommend!

Location is perfect for shinkansen, metro and train. The room has great view, cleaning, amenities and comfort. All Staff(concierge, bellboy, reception, restaurants, lounge, room service, cleaning) were helpful, excellent and they do their work with extra care. All food and beverages (breakfast, lounge, room service and at restaurants) are very delicious with high quality ingredients). Thanks a lot to Mr. Matthias and all Shangri-La Tokyo Staff for this great hospitality and created value.
