Staines is a lovely little town that's super easy to walk around. It's worth touring the city as there are statues and signs explaining the city's history.

I'm only commenting on Staines because we've been there before. The area during this stay was much different and very youth-oriented which we also enjoyed. The downside was losing 2 hours in searching for the address that we lost time to explore.
"We had a wonderful experience at the Royal Horseguards Hotel. The location is amazing, and the property is beautiful. Our "river view" room did not disappoint, with the best view of the London Eye from anywhere in the city. We were close to everything, so were able to pop back to the hotel for breaks during the day. The staff was also very nice and helpful. "
"Will definitely be booking here again. Came with my grandaughter and had a great time. Room was perfect. All staff were extremely helpful. Location is perfect!"
"We had a lovely stay at this hotel, very easy distance to theatre land. Only negative was the breakfast area / reception were the same area so was a bit chaotic with guests standing around with suitcases causing a bottleneck when trying to have a relaxing breakfast "
