LOVE LOVE LOVE
I had a FANTASTIC stay at the Bedford hotel. The staff took amazing care of me. I arrived very early off a red-eye flight and went directly the hotel to ask them to hold my bags until i could check in that afternoon. NOT ONLY were they willing to hold my bags, but my room was fortunately available, so I was able to check in and catch up on a bit of sleep before getting my day going! I cannot understate what a difference that made in my trip overall. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The location was prime and easy to find. I would absolutely stay again!

Great Location in Central London
Great location, close to sights like the British Museum and Covent Garden, restaurants, and transportation. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but I was told by staff that there is no room service. I paid extra for the English breakfast and the food was okay. I would not do that again. Most of the front desk staff provided excellent customer service, except for a tall, bald man, who was not pleasant or friendly, and seemed like he didn't want to help me in any way. I don't know if he didn't like black people or if was he was just a "sourpuss." I had a single room and it was spotless everyday. Amenities like coffee, tea, and cookies were restocked everyday. Kudos to my housekeeping attendant. I think with the walls being thin and me having a single room close to the wall I often heard the people in the room next to me, and I didn't like that. But all in all, it was a nice stay and good value.
