The big positive of this hotel is the location - you can easily get pretty much anywhere from here and there’s a lot around the immediate location. Other than that, its well below average. Ghastly expensive (I know, central London) for literally just a room with a bed. Literally no other amenities in the room, and I wasn’t in the basic room either. Housekeeping was utterly hopeless - I had to ask twice for my room to be serviced, when I checked in, there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom, and one afternoon the housekeeper just walked in while I was in the shower. When asked why I didn’t have the “do not disturb” sign out, it was easy to answer - because I’d asked three times for a door sign, and they never provided one. Eventually I got some toilet paper, but the soap never came. Beds are cheap motel level of comfort, so not even a redeeming feature there. Check-in was faulty towers style bad - greeted with a grunt by a surly French guy who literally just handed me the room keycard and pointed at the lift. Had a great time in London, but this hotel sucks. If you’re going to spend over $600 a night on accommodation in London, don’t spend it here.
