Broken elevators, broken air conditioners in lobby, no hot water for more than a day, and walked out of restaurant after waiting for 15-20 minutes without a waiter coming to the table, saw a manager/supervisor admonishing an employee in the lobby in front of guests. i love the location and my room. The bar area was amazing and drinks were great, pricey, but great. This hotel is steps away from the tubes, so you can easily travel. A lot of the shops and food around that is in walking distant. The only think about the stay was my shower drain was stopped up, and it took them a while to fix it.
