8/10 Very good

The hotel staff was very friendly the entire time. The main pool was under maintenance. The beach is NOT private and is full of vendors all the time. The hotel smells like mold and the air conditioning wouldn't go below 26°C and was making noise.

This hotel is amazing, rooms are impeccable, staff very cordial, food is great but what we found extraordinary was the bar service, Bladimiro and Neider, they made us feel like family, they went above and beyond on the service. Definitely a hotel we will stay again. Highly recommend.

Food at the hotel is super expensive. It’s a lot cheaper to go out and eat outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants around the area.
