The hotel is overall very nice. Our stay was pleasant however we had to switch rooms on our second night due to some issues (noise, TV not working, shower drain blocked). Something to note is that only the rooms on the newer, left wing of the building have openable windows and therefore natural light and ventilation.

The hotel is located in a very quiet street, fine, dining, casual dining in a street food places are at a walkable distance. There are shopping options all around, It is also close to museums And five minute walk to Serrezuela mall. The property conditions are excellently maintained, water pressure is great on shower, room has a TV and Breakfast has many delicious options. The staff was very helpful.
