Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, and sports massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and reflexology. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room, and Turkish bath/hammam.

Great resort overall. Service was a little slow in comparison to what we've seen elsewhere. Some of the activities that we were looking forward to were closed. They explained to us why, which is understandable, but we still felt disappointed. We would like to go back another time to really enjoy everything. The main cenote is amazing to use, especially when the temperature is hot. A lot of wildlife, but the animals are not annoying, which is awesome. Would definitely recommend 👌

We truly enjoyed our stay at this resort, especiailly the Mexican buffet! We loved the evening shows, truly stunning. Also it was great to have access to 24/7 snack bar.
