"This hotel is extremely convenient if you need to be close to Gare de Lyon. I did not like controlling everything with an iPad. I didn’t realize that I had to schedule room cleaning so that kind of sucked the first few days. Room is small but fine for one person. Staff was very nice, especially at the restaurant where I had to install myself one day to deal with work stuff. One other unfortunate thing is that have covered the hotel in a banner which blurs the incredible view of the city! What a shame! Because I could see ALL of Paris, just through little tiny dots. The club level was not open due to renovations, so maybe there is a better view when that is available. I would stay here again, if only because it felt a bit removed from the chaos of the city."

"Muy bien ubicado, excelente desayuno y amenidades. Personal muy amable. Buen desanso. 100% recomendable"

"The hotel was a delight with friendly staff, comfortable beds, A/C, whimsical decor, excellent breakfast. Quiet for the area and great location"

"Bien situé"

"It is the absolute best, unless you can afford the Ritz. Excellent location, close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, high end and more affordable budget shopping. Across the street, an excellent boulangerie to grab breakfast, multiple dinning options close by. Water and ice machines in every floor perfect after you have been walking in the sun all day long. Big comfortable rooms and bathrooms."

"The location was close to the metro where I became a pro at using it. It took me everywhere I needed to go. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice.I have zero negative things to say. I will definitely stay there again."

"Outstanding hotel. Top class service. Top class food. Spectacular floral decorations. Rooms are beautiful."

"The property grounds is dirty. Garbage is all over the front of the hotel. The phone in the room is not working. Was brought to the attention of the front desk but never been address. Requested for the room to be cleaned early in the morning. Put the sign at the door and also informed the receptionist and came back at 245pm but still not clean. Saw the cleaning gentleman on the floor of our room and told him. Went out to grab something to eat and came back after 2 hrs and still not cleaned. I went to the receptionist and told her and she called the cleaning person to clean it. The only thing good in this hotel is the location. Other than that, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I didn’t get sleep that night due to the disruptions of the football game. Fireworks and ambulance were going off all night and I didn’t sleep till 4 am and I had to check out at 11 am."
